The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski decorated the President of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Andrzej Duda with Order “8 September”.

The President is decorated for his exceptional contribution to nurturing and developing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Poland and the Republic of North Macedonia, for his dedicated representation and strengthening of the strategic goals of North Macedonia, with the aim of joining the European Union and NATO, as well as for deepening of the friendly relations and strategic cooperation between the two countries on a socio-cultural level, which contributes to the democratic processes of our country.

Order “8 September” is awarded to domestic and foreign individuals and organizations for extraordinary merits in the constitution and construction of the Republic of North Macedonia, for exceptional contribution to establishing and strengthening friendly relations and cooperation with other countries and international organizations and affirming and strengthening its international standing and reputation, as well as for outstanding deeds and merits in the field of security, defense and protection.
