Ramzi Nesimi was decorated posthumously for his lasting contribution to the philological sciences and Аlbanology in the Republic of North Macedonia and in the world in general.

Zivko Mukaetov was decorated for his professional standards in the pharmaceutical industry and his philanthropic culture and social responsibility.
